Who is responsible
Klorad is developed by Prieston Technologies, Thessaloniki, Greece, which decides how the data described here is used. Write to info@klorad.com about anything on this page.
When you visit
Hosting. The site is served by Vercel Inc., which processes each request, including your IP address, to deliver the page and protect the service.
Counting visits, without cookies. Vercel Web Analytics counts pages viewed, where a visit came from, the country, and the type of device and browser. It sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device; a visit is told apart by a value derived from the request, which is discarded within 24 hours. We use only the totals, on the basis of our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are read (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Google Analytics, only if you allow it. If you choose Allow, Google Analytics 4 sets the cookies listed below to show us how the site is read across visits and across the Klorad sites. Its advertising features and Google signals are switched off and nothing is used for advertising. The provider for visitors in Europe is Google Ireland Limited; data may be processed in the United States, under the EU and US Data Privacy Framework. Our basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page, as easily as you gave it.
Named events. Both tools may receive the name of a button or a file you used, the presentation and slide you reached, and, when you send the contact form, the interest you chose. Never your name, your email address or what you wrote.
Videos. The research page plays YouTube videos in its privacy enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube receives your request when the player loads and may store data on your device once you play a video.

When you write to us
The contact form sends us your name, email address, organisation, role, the interest you chose, your message and, if you give it, your phone number. It reaches our mailbox as an email delivered by Resend, Inc. We use it to answer you and to continue the conversation you started (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)), we keep it as long as that conversation needs, and we delete it when you ask. We send no newsletter and sell nothing to anyone.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form; write to info@klorad.com. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, dpa.gr.
